We only took one picture and the quality was quite bad. But oh well.
We talked a lot and ate though NYDC is a little too expensive and not the best tasting.
Some people never change and some people changed a tad little. Yan Ci is still the same though Zheng Jie no longer has his long hair.

Actually, it was a combination of laziness and fatigue that were the reasons why I hadn’t blogged for the last few days.
Anyway I’ve visited Stanford and UC Berkeley and the campuses were really cool. They totally thrash NUS or NTU or even SMU for that matter in terms of size. It’ll be cool if I can make it there. Still loads to do.
Visiting Google was the coolest but too bad that they don’t allow us to take photos of their interior - corporate secrecy, trade secrets etc I guess.

I might be out of contact for the rest of the trip though because I don’t know if the next hotel has internet access. We’ll be moving south to Los Angeles from tomorrow.
So if I do not get any access, that’s it before I get back to Singapore. =)

I’ve created a long overdue image gallery.

As everyone is gearing up for the start of the exams tomorrow, I took a step back and took a break. (We all need breaks.)
I decided to go on a wipe-out spree of all the websites from my Primary School days that still existed. Guess what I found? I found some photos of old times.
In the spirit of sharing, I present to you… *drum rolls* the pictures of yours truly when he was but an innocent and naive kid:
I know the picture quality and resolution suck and I can set my watch and warrant on it that some of your mobile phones can take better pictures. But hey, that was in year 2002! Mind you! And no, I don’t own such an antique.
EDIT: …come to think of it… they look like scanned images. Garh, screw it. Scanners from that era sucked too.

Lo! and behold!
Cos you had your birthday,
you are one year older,
you sing your birthday song just to make it better.
The gist of things is simple. I gave him a book in the morning and told him it was just a preview and he didn’t get it. In essence, we planned a “surprise dinner” for him while keeping him under the impression that there was nothing of this sort . =)

Probably the first time I am blogging at this time of the day. (On a side note, it seems like the internet in the morning is much faster. Damn Singnet, you call this high quality service?) And yea, the national day celebration yesterday literally spelt BAD.
We had a BBQ at Justine’s place last night and the turnout was pretty good. Kudos to all those who cooked and helped. =) I am a semi-freerider.
