Bad Service

Called the technical support hotline again for my DVD Writer. I was surprised that they have added an auto-replying machine that does something like “Press 1 to blablabla” When I did press a number, I got a surprise. Instead of the “please hang on for a moment”, I got a “Wait a moment” (without the “please”). ….. And also, the English sounded way wierd.
When it finally did got through, the staff spoke wierd and kind of broken English. Well, I won’t say mine is perfect but they should at least speak better. And finally, they told me it’s done. Hello!? You told me you would call me when it’s done and I did not even get a single freaking call.
