For the optimist, 1/3 of the exam is gone. For the rest of the pessimist us, 2/3 still to go

History exam SBQ was kinda wierd. Anyway, not so confident about the whole paper. As for Chinese Paper I, I’m sure most of the people wrote Q2 and Q5 because of LHC’s “training”.

For a moment or so, I stupidly thought of writing to the newspaper with a reply but I decided against it because my Englsih is not so powderful.

SS + E-Math Paper 1. I made a few mistakes here and there and that probably cost me 6 marks. there was this question that seemed to have details missing but the setter claims it does not have any missing details. *shrugs* Anyway, since this paper was 50%, I calculated that we could make 20 marks worth of mistake and still secure an A1. Somehow, I think Paper II will be very difficult.

SS is usual with its difficult-to-come-up-with-factors question. I wrote like hell and I was panting for no reason sometime during the exam. CRAZY paper.

Another crazy paper tomorrow - History. And there’s Chinese Paper I, good luck

P.S.: HCL is SUPER annoying

I just wasted 45 mins of my life turning my house upside down for the SS and History questions and notes. And guess what, they just evaporated into think air and I can’t find them

In addition, it seems like the internet is being uber slow today for me. Reasons unknown.

Math now. I’m leaving Venice half-learned.

Fixed the problems with displaying in IE. apparently, IE’s definition of the colour #727272 is different from Firefox and Photoshop. How intriguing. <_< So I used a background image to solve this problem.

And there’s the problem of the Iframe background. Fixed it the same way. Lastly, I had to redefine the border width from “thin” to 1px. Apparently, IE doesn’t think thin is 1px.

SS progress: 2 more chapters. Leaving this for tomorrow or later tonight. Annoying content.

And I’ve joined a Bleach Fanlist. Being the Bleach Fanatic I am, I decided to rip off all the avaliable icons and set a random script to randomly select images to display ^^ All the images can be found here.



Lastly, anyone has a good clip art of a paper clip? As you can see, the one up there looks very wierd…

Finished studying Social Studies sec 3 and half of the sec 4 syllabus as of now. The subject is ….

Never mind. Taking a break right now. More later.SS + Math tomorrow! History shouldn’t be much of a problem since I think I can finish all of it on Monday and probably a bit of Chinese as well.

English paper was not that difficult. I chose the topic of “Justice” to write an essay. I wrote about how justice was always held by the powerful and victors and any examples I could think of. Paper 2 was not as difficult as anticipated. Overall, I have some confidence.

So I went home and wasted my afternoon away without doing much work. And I managed to do 3/4 of one e-math paper I XD

Yea, finally it’s in place. The switching was pretty simple and non-tedious because of the system I’ve put in place to make design switching a breeze. ^^

Sadly, I forgot to take a screenshot of Version 4 and so, it’s gone! But I still have the PSD file with me so probably all is not lost…

BTW, the site is no longer 800 x 600 friendly and I don’t think it’s 1024 x 768 friendly as well. It appeared the best on 1200 x 1024 though…

Aha, progress today! I finished half of the History Syllabus and fell asleep on the way… XD

I’m not studying for Chinese tomorrow. Heck, I am not even sure there is gonna be one tomorrow. I’ll just count on my not-so-dependable intuition for the test tomorrow. If I could, I would want to take that paper for a later time after I’ve finished my Chinese revision.

The teachers are kinda rushing us. I’ve been going home pretty late these few weeks with all sorts of remedials and stuff.
